Time to start your journey to fat loss and total metabolic health. Dr. Rachel Neathery and Nicki are going to take you on a high-level, 6-week accountability coaching experience where you will learn everything you need to learn about having deep, metabolic health into peri/menopause.


We will focus on a 6 week calorie-deficit, fat loss phase along with weekly teachings on topics such as muscle metabolism, food freedom concepts, supplementation, NEAT and more. We will put together your specific calorie deficit and protein goals and have daily check-ins with you to see if you are thriving or need some minor tweaks. We will be available to you on the Voxer App daily or as needed along with in a weekly group coaching setting via Zoom. We will ensure that we do our part and you will have success as long as you are doing your part!
At the end of the 6-weeks, we hope you will have dropped 5 pounds of fat and have tools in your belt to conquer the next 10 years+ of life in the most effective way!

When does the program have a start and a finish?
The program starts SEPTEMBER 8th and runs 6 weeks thru OCTOBER 19th.
How long do I have access to the program?
How does lifetime access sound? After enrolling, you have unlimited access to this course for as long as you like - across any and all devices you own. All programs and PDFS are downloadable. You WILL NOT retain access to the coaches once program ends unless you purchase another coaching program, however.
What if I am unhappy with the course?
We would never want you to be unhappy! If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, contact us in the first 30 days and we will give you a full refund- ONLY IF you have done daily check-ins, attended at least 6/6 group calls (or re-watched). There will be zero refunds given to people who have not fully participated in the entirety of the program and it's duration.
Is there a fitness component to the Metabolic Blueprint?
The only required fitness is walking 10k steps daily. We have found that when working thru a calorie cut, doing workouts can be overwhelming, so we are keeping it simple. Rachel and I do, however, have a number of ways to work with us in fitness programming once this program ends. We are happy to chat next steps with you.
